Hungarian developer Defactoring Zrt. has announced the start of the construction of the next phase of the logistics project in Biatorbágy in the suburbs of Budapest. The handover is scheduled for next summer.
According to the plans, in the summer of 2023, the "A" category Faedra22, suitable for light industry and logistics purposes, with an area of nearly 16,500 square meters, was handed over in Budapest. A lease agreement was signed for more than 14,000 square meters in the Prologis Park Budapest - Harbor logistics hall - 108 Agency, who is responsible for the transaction, shared it on their official LinkedIn page.
