According to the plans, in the summer of 2023, the "A" category Faedra22, suitable for light industry and logistics purposes, with an area of nearly 16,500 square meters, was handed over in Budapest. The popular urban logistics real estate development is fully leased, four international and domestic light industry and logistics companies lease the nearly 14,500 square meter warehouse and 2,000 square meter office space. In addition to high-quality technical solutions, flexible divisibility, and the possibility of serving individual needs, the excellent location was the most important aspect of the tenants' decision-making.

A lease agreement was signed for more than 14,000 square meters in the Prologis Park Budapest - Harbor logistics hall - 108 Agency, who is responsible for the transaction, shared it on their official LinkedIn page.
