The Faedra22 park logistics center was handed over

The project took place in the investment of the Hungarian real estate development group Faedra Group. The logistics center in South Buda, XXII. district, at the intersection of highways M0-M6 and No. 6, just 15 km from the city center,  is easily accessible by public transport - bus and train. Due to its proximity to the city center, the building is also well suited for "last-mile" logistics operations.

The construction of the new,  "A" technical category warehouse and office building began in the spring of 2022, with the most modern use of materials and technical execution. In addition to warehouses, high-quality office spaces were also created. From the beginning, the project's investors were open to implementing flexible and unique technical solutions. This was beneficial to the current tenants, since in addition to logistics, they also carry out commercial and assembly activities, which required construction beyond the basic technical content.

In the spirit of sustainability, systems supporting green solutions – electric chargers, a heat pump system responsible for cooling and heating – have been implemented, and the design of the solar panel and the qualification of the building is in progress. The Faedra22 industrial and business park will soon be awarded the BREEAM very good qualification
